What should I expect on my first visit?

On your first visit you will be asked to fill out a confidential health history form which will allow your therapist to form a custom treatment plan based on the information provided.  Massage Therapy should take place in an atmosphere of safety, professionalism and confidence. You will be asked to undress for therapy but only to your comfort level, which will be respected at all times. You will be covered and appropriately draped at all times with the exception of the area the therapist is treating.  You have the right to alter/change the course of treatment at any given time with justification.
